What’s included?
Everything listed on the product page. Sample packs come as 24-bit WAV files; preset banks include the presets for the synth they’re made for, plus the demos. See each product page for the full contents.
What’s the refund policy?
Because these are digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds once a download has started. You agree to this at checkout when you choose immediate access.
If there’s a problem with a product, for example a file is faulty or it isn’t as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we’ll fix it or refund you.
We can’t guarantee our products will work with illegally downloaded or cracked software.
We don’t refund products if: you changed your mind or found an alternative; you no longer need the product; you can’t use it because of software or hardware limitations (for example, you don’t own the synthesizer it’s made for); or you don’t have the knowledge or skill to use it.
How many times can I download the products I’ve bought?
As often as you like. Everything you buy stays in your library for good: log in with your email and password and download it again whenever you need. Still having trouble? Email support@codeblacksamples.com and we’ll help.
Which payment methods can I use?
iDEAL, PayPal, credit card and Bancontact. All prices include VAT.
How can I stay up to date with sales, new releases and discount codes?
Sign up to the newsletter. We keep emails to a minimum, but we’ll always let you know about sales, discount codes, new releases and anything else important.
Can I use the sounds in my own tracks and releases?
Yes. The one-shots and presets are royalty-free for your own music, including commercial releases, streaming, DJ sets, YouTube and TikTok.
Loops that come from the artist’s own records, such as the screech loops, are yours to chop, rearrange and mangle, but not to use as the original phrase or to recreate parts of the artist’s tracks. The demo MIDI and audio files that come with preset banks are examples only. You may not resell or share the sounds themselves. Full details are in the licence in our terms & conditions.
How can I request a refund?
Email support@codeblacksamples.com with your name, your order number and the reason for your request. A member of our team will review it.
I didn’t get my order email. Where’s my download?
Check your spam folder first. Your purchase is always in your library as well: log in with your email and password and download it from there.
Where can I find software and hardware requirements?
On each product page, next to the price (for example the synth version a preset bank needs). Please check it before you buy: we can’t refund a product because you don’t have the software it’s made for.
